The FACS Facility provides instrumentation, education and expertise for all your flow cytometry needs. The flow cytometry services include both, multi-parameter analysis and sorting of cell populations based on fluorescence labels and on phenotypic and biochemical properties of the cells.
Flow Cytometry 소개
- 유세포 분석은 단일 세포가 발현하는 여러 가지 단백질들을 형광 항체로 확인함으로써 다중 파라미터 분석을 하는 기법입니다.
- 각 세포 또는 입자는 각 레이저가 세포를 빠르게 통과할 때 가시광선 산란 또는 처리한 형광에 의해 분석됩니다.
- 형광 측정은 일반적인 형광 단백질 (GFP 등)의 전사 및 발현, 그리고 형광으로 표지 된 항체나 형광 염료로 염색하는 것을 통해 이루어집니다.
- 유세포 분석은 질병연구, 암생물학, 면역학, 신약개발 등의 연구를 포함한 연구 응용분야에서 널리 사용되는 활용도가 높은 강력한 기술입니다.
Multi-Color Panel design
